Ohio Classic Lotto Overview
The Ohio Classic Lotto is the state’s main lottery game. It takes the format of a six from 49 matrix and requires players to match all six numbers to win the jackpot, which starts at $1 million and rolls until it’s won. There are an additional three prize tiers for those matching three, four or five main numbers. Tickets cost $1.
Accompanying the Classic draw is an optional side-game known as Kicker, which can be entered for an extra $1. Six digits will be randomly generated on your ticket. A winning six-number Kicker combination will then be announced alongside the main draw, and you can win prizes by matching the digits in the correct order.

Ohio Kicker Odds & Prize Breakdown
Add Kicker to Classic Lotto for an extra $1. The Kicker draw is held just after the main game draw. To win, match from two to six of the Kicker numbers printed on your ticket with the numbers drawn in exact order from left to right. For example, if your Kicker numbers were 1-2-3-4-5-6 and the winning numbers were 1-2-3-4-5-9, you would win the Match 5 prize, but you would not win anything if the winning numbers were 9-2-3-4-5-6.
